Sergio Castillo Private Grooming offers appointments in Dubai and standalone personal grooming guidance, including online consultations. Availability is subject to confirmation.

Requests and booking confirmation

Submitting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. Before you commit, Sergio will confirm the service, time, location or video-call format, full price and any applicable payment or cancellation arrangements. If you book through an external scheduling page, check its confirmation and the terms shown there.

Prices and payment

Ask for the full price before confirming, including any applicable travel charges or taxes. This website does not take payments or collect card details. Any deposit or payment requirement must be explained and agreed before booking.

Standalone guidance consultations

A consultation covers personal style, hairstyle suitability, occasions, hair texture, porosity, product types and hair or beard care routines. Haircuts, beard trims and treatments are separate services. Guidance is cosmetic and educational, not medical diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of results. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for persistent scalp concerns or hair loss.
