Information you choose to share
Enquiries may include your name, phone number, chosen service, consultation format, time zone, preferred appointment time, location and grooming goals. Share only what is needed for your request. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in the form.
How enquiries work
The website prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It does not submit the form to a website database. Opening WhatsApp passes the draft to that service; you review and send it yourself. Once sent, Sergio uses your details to answer your questions, arrange your appointment and provide the service you request. An enquiry is not consent to marketing or public use of your photographs.
Service providers and external links
WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms. Instagram and YouTube links open external services. Google Fonts delivers the website fonts and may receive connection information such as your IP address. A hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and secure the site. External providers may process information outside your country under their own policies.
Preferences on your device
Your privacy choice is stored locally so the site can respect it. Remembering your music preference is optional and is off until you allow it. See cookies and consent to manage these choices.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry and appointment information should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, provide the requested service and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. You can ask Sergio about the records held for your enquiry and request deletion. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Contact Sergio to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent for future use where consent applies. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and request a transferable copy. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out. This notice will be updated when the website or its services change. If you follow an external booking link, your booking details are handled by that provider under its privacy policy.
